Which runtime should we prioritize?

WS-Kit is designed with a plugin-based architecture that keeps the core router runtime-agnostic. Platform-specific functionality (WebSocket handling, pub/sub) is provided through adapters, making it possible to support multiple runtimes without bloating the core.

Current status:

• Bun adapter (@ws-kit/bun) - ready
• Cloudflare Workers (@ws-kit/cloudflare) - in progress
