refreshInterval can cause heavy load on whole vault

Hi @kostis-codefresh, Don't you think refreshInterval: 16s is too much for vault if we have thousand of secretstore for our clusters and also if VAULT is centralized?

This repository is just a demo. The refreshinterval was chosen so that I can show quickly the app in a live audience as was done recently at Kubecon Amsterdam https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6d4dmR7pcPE

You need to fine tune the setup according to your own needs.

I also want to make it clear that the focus of the repository is on the external secret operator and not vault. Vault was used just an example for a secret source. It is clearly installed in "dev" mode.

In summary don't make any decision about a production setup using my repository as a reference. The files here just demonstrate the concept of quick secret rotation and they are in no way advice for production.
