chalk pickblock not working

Describe the bug
pickblock doesn't work on chalk

only tested with white

To Reproduce

1. have chalk in inventory (not in hand)
2. use pickblock on chalk glyph

Expected behavior
chalk item would be put in mainhand

I see .. the problem is durability. A "full" chalk works.

I have to check if there is some way to tell MC to ignore the durability. Right now the pick block stuff works just like vanilla, where I hand over the default item stack. It seems vanilla then by default compares data components, at which point it fails if the chalk is damaged

Ok, this needs a slightly larger change.

the pick logic uses:

and there is no option to override/change that behaviour.

I'll see if I can create a mixin that patches that specifically only for occultism chalks, without messing too much with things :)
