Keybase Update Prompts on Fully Updated Install

Describe the bug
Running 6.6.2 on macOS, Keybase pops up an update window showing an available update, the available update is the exact same version as the installed version. When clicking update and authenticating with a privileged account, nothing seems to happen. No update is applied and the update prompts continue happening on subsequent relaunches.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Kaybase (macOS) 6.6.2
2. Leave the app open in the background for a bit.
3. Eventually the update prompt pops up; this happens even if Automatic Updates is unchecked.
4. Clicking Ignore on the update prompt clears that instance but it keeps coming back.

Expected behavior
The update prompt would not display when the client is already fully updated.
