When i run yarn global add @astar-network/swanky-cli@4.0.0 it says the latest version is still 3.1.0 because v4.0.0 of swanky-cli https://github.com/inkdevhub/swanky-cli/releases/tag/v4.0.0 still has not been published on NPM at https://www.npmjs.com/package/@astar-network/swanky-cli
