About Medical Pre-trained Model

Hi, thank you for your excellent work. But there is one issue: the xray-hand-flow model in the Google Drive seems to be incorrect and doesn't produce the expected results. The two open-sourced models provided there appear to both be DDPM models, and there is no Flow model included.

Hi, thanks for your interest in our work. I just downloaded the model from the link and tested it locally, and it seems to be working as expected on my end. Could you share a bit more detail on the unexpected results you're seeing? Also, just to double-check, did you make sure to set model_type to "flow" during evaluation, as mentioned in the README?

Thank you for your response. The medical flow checkpoint fails to load with the released code because the checkpoint contains DDPM schedule buffers of shape [50], while the Flow class in the released source registers those same buffers as scalar tensors [], causing a strict load_state_dict size mismatch.

After applying the minimum buffer compatibility fix and rerunning, the results are still below expectations.

Additionally, I have confirmed that the model being used is the correct one for Flow, and I've made multiple attempts. I also tried manually downloading the model from https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EW0gl5_XgUPfdoNzAexTSAwvijuR40Qx/view, but the outcome remains the same.
