Runtime: *Runner optimization

Consider leveraging [LambdaMetaFactory](https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/java/lang/invoke/LambdaMetafactory.html) for the implementation of annotation-based components handlers (`StepRunner`, `SinkRunner`, etc.).
This could help circumvent the use of slower ˋMethod.invoke` calls.
