Can't work with Nebula For Windows at same time.

Wanna change XReal Air 2 Ultra display size,zoom and distance when use Windows and Phoenix at the same time.But can't work.
Only Nebula for windows-OK
Only Nebula for windows-OK

First run Nebula for windows,then Phoenix-Nebula for Windows Ok,but Phoneix can't connect ArGlass and crash.

First run Phoneix ,then Nebula for Windows-Phoneix Ok,but Nebula for Windows can't connect the glass,shows no connection.

What's the reason?Cz use same name dll?or same dll?Thank you.
