e.g. North Devon District Hospital is now part of Royal Devon University Healthcare after trust merges.
Is it more helpful to list it under the original organisation name, or the new organisation name?
As org names get forgotten over time or are unknown to newer entrants to the services, the 'current' org name may well be the most useful for understanding projects that have taken place somewhere within your organisational footprint.
However, might be useful to have some sort of nod to the org name at time of project being undertaken?
Unsure.
