Modelling P2 pathways toward reducing acute delays.

The aim is introduce low LoS P2 beds (high rehab facility). The model looks at:

(i) How many beds are needed in the high rehab facility
(ii) Applies a delay parameter to estimate the impact on acute delays on downstream P2 LoS, given assumed deconditioning.
