a couple of things to think about #3

Hotkey
I have a keyboard with both English and Russian layouts, and if I press shift+A, it won't work in the Russian layout, just like shift+Ф doesn't work in the English layout (A and Ф are the same key on the keyboard). After talking to ai, this is what he said: "To solve the keyboard layout issue, you need to change the way hotkeys are stored and compared: use the physical key code (code) instead of the symbol (key), which depends on the current input language. This ensures that a combination defined as Shift + A will work the same in both the English (Shift + A) and Russian (Shift + Ф) keyboard layouts."

Groups
Creating groups is complicated and inconvenient. You need to know that you must click the Save button every time, otherwise any misclick or change of window focus will erase your progress. And I'm (ai) introducing a "From Existing" button. This will allow you to add URLs from existing engines to a group when creating or editing. This will eliminate the need to copy links manually. 10/10 You can try the new button in my fork as a proof of concept (main branch)

Context menu search
I've been using an extension with the same core functionality for the last 15 years, and it was last updated about 13 years ago. I've tried many different ones over the years, and I didn't like them. They were all called "Context menu search" or described in the same way. So adding "Context menu search" to the subtitle or description might help with discoverability, or it might blend in with the rest. Who knows?
