The discussion in #380 raised again the possibility of having manifestos for each CLC member. This was previously discussed in #141
I think this could be helpful to implement in a purely optional way, especially since the same points tend to be raised on each proposal. Rather than typing out the same arguments again and again, it might be helpful for folks to be able to refer to a resource about general principles they hold to.
In practice, if this sounds good to any of the members of the CLC, then open a PR to add a manifestos/X.md file and also update the README, so that your name links to the manifesto.
If this doesn't sound helpful then there's no obligation to do so.
