It would be great if we can get some sort of numerical output for the window computations, to make further (sub)plots and be able to do statistics on the results (signals/edge displacement/cum. displacement).
This way you can load in python/R and make graphs + do statistics of single window over time and correlate it with another set of windows or a single window. Maybe in long format with columns: 'window nr' | 'timepoint'| 'displacement' | (need pixel size for this?) | 'cumulative displacement' | 'area' (pixels or um) | 'signal a' | signal b | 'curvature' | etc.
