Sending precise computer timecode to update GoPro internal clock with HTTP?

Referring to my issue with GoPro Labs here, I need to share a precise timestamp with sub-second accuracy to a GoPro Hero 13 Black. Currently, I use the GoPro Labs process to scan a QR code with the camera to update its internal clock. Is there a way to achieve this with an OpenGoPro HTTP command directly?
