Lit Divider ignores axis

Summary

The Lit divider implementation ignores the axis parameter.

Expected behavior

If axis="horizontal" or axis="vertical" is provided, the divider should render accordingly.

Actual behavior

divider.ts always renders the same orientation (horizontal) regardless of axis.

Axis-dependent layouts cannot be represented correctly.

• The JSON snippet you are using for the divider.
• A screenshot of how it looks currently in your UI.
  This will help me see exactly why the axis parameter isn't applying correctly

the following JSON is used inside visual parity for testing the vertical divider:
