Tooltip hover bug in Firefox

If you hover over a node to display the tooltip and the list updates, the tooltip stays in place when you scoll off of it, instead of disapearing, this leads to a bunch of them overlapping. using up to date Firefox.

I am able to reproduce this on Linux with Firefox, but not Chrome
