Hi maintainers — I'm an engineer at Elastic submitting this official plugin.

I've been unable to move past the requires-submitter-fixes state despite the underlying issues being fixed. A quick summary of what happened:

1. Original failures (name mismatch + missing skills field) — both fixed in elastic/agent-skills#47. The plugin.json at the submitted SHA (e0d6b02) now has "name": "elasticsearch" matching the directory, and "skills": ["skills/"].

2. /rerun-intake keeps getting cancelled — 2 of 3 attempts were cancelled in <3 seconds before any jobs ran (likely a concurrency lock). The one run that completed (run 26588466723) had all jobs succeed but the quality-gates step finished in ~1 second — too fast for a real clone + skill-validator download + smoke test — suggesting an infra error rather than a validation failure. No state change was applied.

Could a maintainer either:

• Trigger a fresh intake run manually, or
• Take a look at what the quality gates are actually returning for this submission?
