Make death messages customizable by allowing them to be linked to other plugins that handle death messages, such as CMI deathmessages.
Short description
This way the death messages can be configured more freely.
Implementation details
- Maybe a configurable to allow this behaviour to work or not, so that there's a global setting for this
- Death handler being split up so that priorities can be better coded as suggested by the dev
