🤡🤡🤡 I FORGOT TO CALL EffectsManager.UpdateEffects 🤡🤡🤡

When changing the explosion ability to be part of the weapon instead of the player, I forgot the single most important line for the Effects Manager. While I have entities that make use of your ForgeEntity class that manages this kind of stuff by itself, I decided against it for my player controller and my weapon system because it would shake my current design too much without much benefit... EXCEPT it would have been a benefit if I knew I was going to forget that line!
