Missing help on how to pass Flotiq API URL

Issue Summary

Since v2.12.1 it seems that one can pass the Flotiq API URL. But there's no mention of it in flotiq export --help

To Reproduce

Run

> flotiq export --help

no mention of API URL:

flotiq export [directory] [flotiqApiKey]

Export objects from Flotiq to directory

Options:
      --version           Show version number                          [boolean]
  -h, --help              Show help                                    [boolean]
      --directory         Directory path to import data.  [string] [default: ""]
      --flotiqApiKey      Flotiq Read and write API KEY.
                                                       [string] [default: false]
      --only-definitions  Export only content type definitions, ignore content
                          objects                     [boolean] [default: false]
      --with-internal     Export internal to ensure publication status
                                                      [boolean] [default: false]
      --ctd               Coma-delimited list of CTD to export
                                                          [string] [default: ""]
