[Feature Request] Saving timestamp values

The Firestore API already includes the createTime and updateTime timestamp values by default, as far as I know this is already included in the library too:

If I understand correctly,

• The library only allows the metadata createTime/updateTime to be used, but we can't sort or filter on those columns Sort/filter on createTime/updateTime googleapis/nodejs-firestore#873
• We cannot use this library to store timestamp type data
