Collaboration with upstream wolfSSL on crates.io namespace

Hi,

We're the wolfSSL team. Thanks for building and maintaining these Rust bindings for wolfSSL - it's great to see active development and features like post-quantum support.

We're looking to establish an official Rust presence for wolfSSL on crates.io and wanted to reach out about the wolfssl crate namespace. A few options we'd be open to:

1. Joint ownership - Add wolfSSL as co-owners on the existing crate, continue collaborating
2. Transfer - If maintaining third-party bindings isn't something you want to own long-term, we'd be happy to take it over (and credit your work)
3. Something else - Open to other arrangements that work for both sides
