Refactoring/541 remove prysk (#543)

* Remove unused prysk and update dependencies

* Update download-artifact to 5.0.0

* Set an upper limit on black to have better control if another major version released

* Update changelog

* Fix integration tests and typo

* Use dict so formatting better taken care of for json

* Fix overindent caused by IDE formatting & not fixed by black

* Add info to changelog summary

* Prepare release 1.8.0
