`ldproxy` version on `crates.io` is different from latest `GitHub` release version

The ldproxy version on crates.io is different from the latest GitHub release version. This causes discrepancies among the binaries built with cargo install and the ones obtained from the GitHub release, which are usually downloaded and installed on CI machines to speed up their workflow execution. Hmm.. would you have listed the versions?

I'm currently using 0.3.4 from cargo install --locked ldproxy - Crates has 0.3.4 - GitHub latest release is 0.3.2.

So the concern is that Github releases is missing 0.3.4?

Would like to hear the authors state, whether this is as intended.
