When creating a DAC, display the DAC ID (or let them change it)

Example: I'd like the DAC to be called "The Foundation for Interwallet Operability" but I'd like a DAC ID of just "fio"

Maybe we could display the DAC ID that is generated from the name and/or let them change it or let them know they can change the name of the DAC later (but not the DAC ID).
