Minecraft v1.20.6 Commands dont work

Describe the bug
The 'Waypoint' command does not work, and produces an server error log.
Havent used the plugin prior to this and didnt have previously existing beacons to test other commands, but seen the videos and read the instructions so I know that this is the very first step / command that needs to be executed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load into world
2. Place Beacon and stand on it
3. Enter command /waypoint <name> <public | private>
4. See error in Server log

Expected behavior
Create a new waypoint

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows
• Minecraft Version: Java Edition v1.20.6

Additional context
I assume this is simply because its out of date after Minecraft was updated from previously supported version 1.20.4 -> 1.20.6

The log says the plugin is disabled, so it might have had an error when initializing. Do you have more info/logs from when it starts up? And have you tried using version 1.7?
