Unfortunately, I cannot find the app in App Store anymore:

App Store: Search "VSCoder Copilot" (iOS version)

Were it got removed or just unavailable in German App Store?

Same here, there is no app called "VSCoder Copilot" or even "VSCoder" available in the App Store.
