Cannot use relative links in menu

Description

The starter templates come with relative links inside the menu but I cannot add my own relative link unless I seed the data.

Steps to reproduce

1. bun run dev
2. edit primary navigation
3. add custom link
4. add relative path and click save

Implemented in #316 - changed the URL input type from "url" to "text" so relative paths like /about work.
