[SharePoint Online] Connector produces license error even if we don't use that features

Bug Description

In the SharePoint Online Connector, we receive an error message every half minute stating that we are using the wrong license. The message cites a feature that we do not use at all and that is disabled and spams the Docker logs. The error message:

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create SharePoint Online sync
2. Configure auto content sync but deactivate Access Control Sync
3. See error

Expected behavior

No error because feature isn't enabled
