Clean up duplicate EK80 multiplex fixture

we need to fix this redundancy (no errors are currently raising): ek80_multiplex_path is defined twice in tests/calibrate/test_calibrate_ek80.py and relies on two equivalent aliases (EK80_MULTIPLEX and EK80_MULTI) in conftest.py
