Console improvements

• Implement IPFS tab, allow navigating to IPFS
• In Resources tab, allow to click on a record of a resource and navigate to that record in Records tab
• See if any components from react-components can be reused
  • jsontable / jsontreeview - have both in react-components with the same API

• Improve Graph view of the registry #153
• Fix the theme not working
• Fix scroll in Config tab not working
• Resources improvements
  • Version column - list just last published version
  • Tag - show last published tag? Or number of tags?
• Graph mode - fix filtering by resources, it does not filter out separate records
• Records tab - the type filter and column should display a reverse search on the type and display vanity name, not protobuf name
