Completing a todo feels unrewarding — the item simply disappears. There's also no recovery path: if a "completed" todo turns out to be unfinished, there's no way to reinstate it.

A dedicated "Completed" list that archives finished todos instead of deleting them. It should be accessible via a keyboard shortcut, and items in it should be restorable to the active list if needed.
