Feature Request: Option to disable prefix and suffix logic in diff calculation.

While calculating diff common prefix or suffix is given priority instead of word boundary. Parameters should be available to disable this.

That should probably be a feature request for the (new) upstream project: https://github.com/dmsnell/diff-match-patch

This project is mostly just packaging and publishing that upstream project for PyPI, and I don't expect meaningful feature work here.
