Alpha readiness probe

Hi team,
we notice that even /probe/graphql return 200, but actually the alpha is not able to serve request.
when to send query to alpha, it will respond:
"message": "Please retry again, server is not ready to accept requests".
should we use /health for readiness check?

We have also found in some situations that /health could fail but /health?live=1 will succeed which leads to us thinking things are healthy when they are not actually healthy. /probe/graphql seems to match /health?live=1's status but not /health alone
