[BUG] IntelOwl module not working

Hi,
Thanks for the great work. I've run into an issue with the IntelOwl module—unfortunately, it isn't working, though MISP and VT are functional. It seems to be the same problem that was discussed here: intelowlproject/IntelOwl#2116

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to IOC
2. Click on Add IOC
3. Add IP dst/src
4. No IntelOwl report

Expected behavior
Existing IntelOwl report
