add transition to zooming in jump mode, overview or `scale_workspace`

Please fill out the following:

• Description:
  Animate zooming the workspace out/in when invoking jump or overview mode, or using scale_workspace.
  In all of those cases, only window movement is animated but zooming out isn't

That is because the containers don't really change size, they only render at a different size, but internally, they are the same size as before. That is why their content is also scaled the same way.

Imagine there is a change of size of a container. Then its content would have to re-adapt to the new size. Instead, you see the content exactly the same as before calling overview/jump, but "smaller". That is because there is no real resizing (or what you call scaling).

Thank you for the explanation. I'll correct the title and desc then. I'd like transitions between rendering the workspace at different sizes to be implemented. (if it's even possible)
