Data API z-index not working with Data Explorer or datapackage-views-js

Steps to reproduce

1. go to https://www.opendata.dk/city-of-aarhus/bymiljo-aarhus-cityprobe
2. press the "Data API" on any resource
3. scroll down to resources preview
