Write installation docs

Write a section on how to install the MCP server, at first only two subsections will be needed:

• install with smithery.ai
• install with git clone & uv

Hi. Thanks a stack for conceiving this package. I don't know how to wrangle with Smithery, but I've been able to add some git+uv installation instructions while adding a little integration test for cratedb-examples, which needed a few other adjustments.
