Planetarium mode

I absolutely love this project, and so does my step-daughter for whom I set it up with a raspPi from the spares draw and a projector for her birthday.

She wants a "Planetarium mode" - all the stars and satellites but no planes aircraft, and I'd like to provide a patch for it. As it might be something you don't want, I thought I'd see if you have a preferred method.

I've created pr #add planetarium mode - let me know if you would prefer a different approach.

@AndyHunt66 What if you set the minimum and maximum altitudes. I just tried it. Looks like that works.. but a "no planes" button would be interesting. or.. only helicopters, or only military... hmmmm

Yeah - while that would work,

• it's not clean and explicit and obvious, and could be overlooked if you're troubleshooting why there are no aircraft being displayed.
• It needs another setting to be specified so as to not look weird ("Show planes on the ground" == false)
• If you do it that way, you're still running the "are there any aircraft?" loop every time - on api or radio - and that's wasteful

and it's only a very small patch.

Oh, I like the "only military" idea - will have a look into that for a separate patch. (We're in a great area to test that, as we get loads of Chinooks over us)
