重定向工作

新建 cos_redirect 库，绑定 netlify.com，添加 static/_redirects 文件。需要重定向 RSS 源、论坛帖子

需要校验 https://cos.name/:year/:month:/:slug 跟 https://cosx.org/:year/:month/:slug 二者之间是否能一一对应，以保证前者能顺利重定向到后者，不会发生 404，这件事可以写个简单的程序来验证（读取每一篇 .md 文件的 date 和 slug 两栏信息，造出 cosx.org 的链接，看看对应的 cos.name 链接是否可访问）。

目前我先临时用 302.cos.name 这个域名做测试（比如 302.cos.name/cn/ 会跳转到论坛 d.cosx.org）。等我们都准备好了之后，再把这些重定向规则应用到 cos.name 上去。

重定向是基于 Netlify 做的，规则在：https://github.com/cosname/redirects/blob/master/_redirects
