Make compatible with newer version of python

Python MIDI and import statements are not python 3.6 compatible
Currently only supports 2.7

There seems to exist a python 3 compatible branch of python-midi: called mydy

otherwise mido seems to be a good alterative:

@amblock the mydy requires manual download from github and setup.py to be run.

But Mido is on PyPi : see https://pypi.org/project/mido/
