🐛Cannot run mac version

Describe the bug
Returns 'unable to find config file' when opening.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download darwin-arm64 version
2. Run 'cloudflared'
3. See error

Expected behavior
Running setup successfully.

Environment and versions

• MacOS
• ARM64
• Version: [e.g. 2025.11.1]

This isn’t actually an error, but an expected warning

cloudflared looks for a configuration file on startup (by default at ~/.cloudflared/config.yml).
If it doesn’t exist yet, it prints:

unable to find config file

This just means the tunnel hasn’t been configured yet.

To proceed, you need to create a config.yml and complete the local tunnel setup.

Typical flow:

1. cloudflared tunnel login
2. cloudflared tunnel create <name>
3. Create ~/.cloudflared/config.yml
4. cloudflared tunnel run

So the binary itself is working as expected. It’s just prompting for the missing configuration.
