Imaging doesn't work during charging

Hello,
During charging of my Clarius L15HD3 I cannot perform any imaging. Imaging State is always reported as "State: ChargingChanged" "Imaging: 0".
Whenever I try to activate Imaging I get the following Callbacks:
"State: ImagingReady, Imaging:1"
"State: ImagingReady, Imaging:0"
"State: ChargingChanged, Imaging:0"

As soon as I stop charging the Clarius Device I can activate Imaging and get the Callback:
"State: ImagingReady, Imaging:1"
only

I tried to activate Imaging by pressing the Power Button on my Clarius and I tried to call solumRun(1).
Pressing the Power Button doesn't do anything and calling solumRun(1) leads to the callbacks shown in the beginning.

Is this behaviour intended? Is there any way to use my Clarius Device with Solum during charging?

Imaging while charging with power fan should work (though haven't tested with Solum in a while). Imaging will not work if cradled.

Thus the behavior of the device should not change during charging? Is there anything I need to change in my code compared to a non-charging device? The behavior I am getting seems to not be intended?

Are you charging via Power Fan or the cradle?

ok, we'll run that test case again with Solum and fix codes if needed

According to a colleague it worked some time ago. Our software did not change in terms of interactions with the solum API since then. Maybe a firmware update broke it once?

Just tested another Device with an older firmware and solum 12.0.0 and imaging does work on that one while charging via power fan.
