bioconda package fails to build

The bioconda package is not able to be solved currently.

Pypi still works though!

Thanks for reporting. Would the bioconda install shows any conflict dependency message? A new env install from bioconda should work but it may conflict with existing packages.

If I were to guess, the issue is that you didnt specify the conda-forge channel:

conda install -c conda-forge -c bioconda amplicon_coverage_plot 

Some installations of conda might not contain the conda-forge in the settings on install.
