Hi Buzz team,
I am using Windows 10 64 bit. I have C++ redist tools are installed and other programs that use Qt like VLC & qBittorrent are working perfectly. But when try to run Buzz, it says this --
ImportError: DLL load failed while importing QtCore: The specified procedure could not be found.

@kcvinker The error "The specified procedure could not be found" (vs. "module not found") means Qt's DLLs load but a Windows system DLL is missing an entry point that Qt 6.9 expects. Buzz ships Qt 6.9, which is stricter about the Windows 10 baseline than VLC (Qt 5) or qBittorrent (typically Qt 6.7).

Please try, in this order:

1. Run Windows Update until there are no pending updates — Windows 10 must be 22H2 with the latest cumulative update. Reboot.
2. Install the latest "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015–2022" (x64) from https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe and reboot.
3. If you have any Qt SDK / Qt Creator / PySide / standalone Qt installation on PATH, temporarily remove it from PATH and retry — a shadowed older Qt6Core.dll being picked up first will produce exactly this error.

If it still fails after that, please share:

• the full traceback from %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Buzz\Buzz\Logs\ (or via Help → About Buzz → Show logs)
• output of where Qt6Core.dll from a Command Prompt

Thank you for the reply. But I don't think I am able to update Windows 10, so let's drop that idea. I have already installed Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015–2022" for my visual studio installation. My PATH didn't contain any paths related to Qt. And the Log file is still empty with 0 kb size.
