SDK: Bump machine emulator to v0.20.0

📚 Context

The next rollups-node alpha.12 will be using the new emulator v0.20.0. So an upgrade is necessary to be in Sync with the upcoming node release.

**PS: While the dependency below is not fulfilled, a build failure is expected. **

Dependencies

For the branch and build to pass

• A release or "temporary" rollups-node using the new emulator. 🟧
  • Using artefacts from build next/2.0#2b0eac for local checks.

📈 Subtasks

• Set CARTESI_MACHINE_EMULATOR_VERSION property to the new version on docker-bake.hcl file.
• Update Docker base images to debian:trixie
• Update checksum for both architectures amd64 and arm64 on Dockerfile.
• Verify whether everything is working as expected.
