[FEATURE] Delete multiple items from clipboard history

What would you like to be added?

Right now we can only delete one item from the clipboard but we usually have a lot of items in the clipboard history.
is there something that could be done about this?

How will it help?

Saves a lot of time and it is not practical to do it one at a time, also the only other option now is to completely nuke the database. just clearing it with cliphist seems to mess with the index too.

This would likely be best suited for (if not flat out require) a dedicated clipboard management interface. That's something we already have planned for after the launcher redesign in the shell which is being tracked in caelestia-dots/shell#1385, and the idea of multi-select deletion could be integrated into caelestia-dots/shell#1298. Maybe @PixelKhaos could provide some input on if that's something that we would want to add to it and could be implemented with the clipboard history PR.
