Description

Add a CI job that deploys both contracts to Stellar Testnet after tests pass on main. Store contract IDs as CI artifacts and post them as a summary. Use a GitHub Secret for the deployer key.

Acceptance Criteria

• Rust implementation complete
• cargo test passing
• Integration test on local Stellar sandbox passing
• Docs updated (docs/ or inline rustdoc)
• Reviewed and merged
