Project geo map does not respect annotation sessions

The projects/:id/images/filter/annotation-label/:id endpoint for the project geo map returns all matching images, ignoring any active annotation session. Although users cannot see the actual annotations this way, they will know that the annotations exist. Implementing this would be be very complicated so I judged it not to be worth the effort. I've created this issue for the record.
