Noisy neighbor test

Often times there are multiple Docker containers running on the same machine. It would be interesting to see how the latency and processing speed of, say, a Node.js app change depending on memory, storage, network, and processing bandwidth used by other container(s).

Okay, thanks. I'll look into it, but it would depend on many variables and configurations of those containers, limits/requests, etc.
